No. Snore detection works with just your iPhone. An Apple Watch adds sleep stages, overnight heart rate and blood oxygen, and a read on apnea risk.
Is my night-time audio uploaded anywhere?
No. Audio is analyzed on your device and is never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Does monitoring drain my battery overnight?
Very little — about 1% of battery per hour. Plugging in is ideal, but it's fine if you forget.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel. A free trial can be cancelled any time before it ends.
Is SnoreTrack a medical device?
No. SnoreTrack is for general wellness and information only. Its insights, including any apnea risk indication, are not a medical diagnosis. If you're concerned about your sleep or breathing, please talk to a doctor.
How do I delete my data?
Your recordings, history, and settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
